The sink height is 33.5 inches, with 27 inches of clearance, and the plumbing is wrapped with insulation. The mirror is 36 inches off the floor, making it accessible. Lavatory controls are accessible, and there is 34 inches of wheelchair maneuvering clearance throughout the room. The shower does not include a seat, either removable or permanent, and there is no detachable hand-held spray unit, but grab bars are installed for accessibility.
